ROADSHOW
OVERVIEW
WORTHY is a powerful and hope-filled mental health roadshow inspired by the life and story of Caitlin O’Reilly. Through her experiences, the roadshow highlights the importance of mental wellbeing, human connection, and recognising that every life has value. Her story serves as a catalyst for honest conversations, encouraging young girls to understand that hope can be found even in life’s most difficult moments.
Designed to break down stigma and encourage open conversations, WORTHY creates a safe, engaging environment where young people can explore emotional wellbeing, resilience, identity, self-worth, and the importance of reaching out when life feels overwhelming. Through inspiring storytelling, interactive activities, music, discussion, and practical tools, participants are encouraged to recognise that asking for help is a sign of strength and that no one has to face life’s challenges alone.
The roadshow also explores the importance of suicide prevention by helping girls understand how to recognise when they or someone else may be struggling, why early support matters, and how compassion and connection can save lives. It reinforces the message that there is always hope, support is available, and every conversation has the potential to make a difference.
Rather than defining young girls by their struggles, WORTHY empowers them to recognise their strengths, discover their purpose, and believe that every setback can be met with resilience, support, and hope. Every participant leaves with one clear message:
You are worthy.
Your voice matters.
Your story matters.
Your future matters.
