The overarching concept of 'WORTHY' has been inspired by the life of Caitlin O'Reilly: 'Always worthy. Always good enough.'
The Project Services are:

Refer girls to an uplifting & engaging 1:1 6-week course aimed at cultivating self-esteem & supporting mental health & well-being for girls aged 11–18yrs.

A 2-hour WORTHY roadshow to a classroom size or a whole year group of girls, aged 11-18.

The WORTHY 6-week Self-esteem Course is:
A dynamic 1:1 programme delivered through high schools and colleges for girls aged 11–18 yrs, designed to inspire, energise, and empower.
The program covers topics such as body image, self-worth, mental health & well-being, self-love & purpose - fostering growth in a supportive environment.
Sessions are typically conducted once a week over six weeks in your establishment by a member of our WORTHY team, using an inspiring toolkit that girls get to take home, along with a WORTHY gift bag on week 6. There may also be follow on 1:1 TLC sessions in addition to the program to uplift the young person's life, through kindness, affirmation, or a new experience.
Participants under specialist mental health care (e.g., CAMHS) may join the program if deemed suitable and aligned with their ongoing support.
How to refer:

If you are a school/college, please contact the WORTHY team, on 07812 744 632 to book a member of our team to be placed in your establishment once a week for the duration of the 6-week programme.

You may book this as a one-off 6-week booking, or a 'roll-on, roll-off' continuation booking. We have found that having a member of our team, based in your establishment, for a whole day, once a week, seeing 4-5 girls a day is significantly productive and produces successful outcomes for the young person.
Pricing:
The cost of this programme is £350, including travel, for the 6 weeks.

WORTHY Roadshow:
The WORTHY Interactive Roadshow is a dynamic, 2-hour session to empower, uplift & elevate the lives of young girls. We suggest that the session is booked for 2-hours, split between before & after break time (in schools/colleges), or if in a community setting, a break between the 2-hours scheduled into the program.

Caitlin's Story
The story of Caitlin O'Reilly has inspired us as a charity to seek to create innovative engagements that will help to prevent suicide in young people, especially young women.
