The overarching concept of 'Worthy' has been inspired by the life of Caitlin O'Reilly: 'Always worthy. Always good enough.'
The Project Includes:

An uplifting & engaging 6-week course aimed at cultivating self-esteem & supporting mental health & well-being for girls aged 10–18yrs.

'LIVE - Suicide Prevention' Workshop - (in collaboration with mental health charity 'Mind North Staffs') (Whole School/Establishment Year Groups, ages 12-18yrs)

'Safe Haven' Bedroom Packs (a thoughtfully curated bedroom pack featuring practical essentials, an inspirational vision board, and tools to foster a positive mindset.)
The Worthy 6-week Self-esteem Course is:
A dynamic intervention program for girls aged 10–18, designed to inspire, energize, and empower through focused small-group sessions in Y6 primary, high schools, colleges, youth establishments or community venues.
The program covers topics such as body image, self-worth, mental health & well-being, fostering growth in a supportive environment.
Sessions are typically conducted once a week over six weeks and are adaptable to various spaces, including classrooms and nurture rooms.
Participants under specialist mental health care (e.g., CAMHS) may join the program if deemed suitable and aligned with their ongoing support.
Please note: This course can be supported by further 1-2-1 mentoring on request.
